About Me

I've been in the industry for over 10 years, starting as a Instructional Designer in Wellington, New Zealand. Over the years, I've worked closely with several clients in New Zealand and Australia as Lead Learning Designer and Project Lead. I am comfortable leading a team in the design and implementation of digital learning products, as well as running team and client meetings, copywriting, writing blogs, UX design, mentoring instructional designers, prototyping, and testing. I manage projects from start to finish, including planning, researching, learning strategy, writing, and prototyping. I've been known to work well in a fast-paced industry. I'm creative and hardworking, bringing new ideas to learning programs.

Learning Designer and Project Lead, Litmos 2016 - current

  • Creating engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances knowledge transfer and retention
  • Working with subject matter experts and identify target audience’s training needs

  • Reviewing and analysing source content to write engaging and creative storyboards that are easily understood and implemented by digital designers

Copywriter, Ren 2023

Ren helps nurture the emotional development of children during the formative years of 1-5 years of age with evidence-based content and guidance tailored to their unique needs. I helped correlate content written by psychologists into plain English while keeping to brand.

Learning and Development Consultant, Lifeblood Donor Centre 2015 - 2016

Provided learning consulting services using best practise methodologies to support the learning and capability of Lifeblood staff.
  • Managed production and distribution of facilitation guides / participant materials, and presentation documentation
  • Managed timeframes and consulted with clients to identify gaps in employee training
  • Designed, developed and implemented learning solutions, including eLearning, paper-based learner’s resources and paper-based Skills Coaching Guides

Instructional Designer, Wavelength 2011-2014

Worked as an Instructional Designer, using the ADDIE process with a range of corporate organisation including Z Energy, Spark, Transpower, CareersNZ, Victoria University of Wellington, ANZ and WorkSafe.

  • Used instructional design methodologies to create creative and interactive materials utilising multimedia technology and authoring tools
